You're the man now, dog!
Finally, irrefutably, the Internet has proven that a million monkeys typing on a million typewriters will NOT produce the works of Shakespeare. It will, however, produce this:

And just in case you didn't fear the Apocalypse after viewing that colossal waste of time/effort/bandwidth, here's a site that actually collects and catalogs "YTMND" sites.
The End is Near. Be Prepared.

A Blog of Little Brain
I woke up this morning with something on my mind that's really bugging me, so I thought I'd share it with you, Intarwebs, and maybe it will set my mind at ease:
Around the same time Mrs. Weasley warns Harry and Ron to be wary of anything that thinks but you can't see its brain (which foreshadows Tom Riddle's journal that seduces Harry and ends up possessing innocent little Ginny), we're introduced to Mr. Weasley's magical flying car. At first, it appears to be just a fantastical upgrade to an inanimate Muggle object - but later, the car limps into the Forest after a beating by the Whomping Willow, and then comes to the rescue when Harry and Ron are threatened by the Spider King. So, why don't they worry that the car apparently can think, but they can't see its brain?
Help me, Intarweb Kenobi, you're my only hope.

RMSfest 1.0
It's time for this blog's First Occasional Random Made-Up StatisticsTM Fest, wherein I manufacture legitimate-sounding statistics to emphasize a point, mock a phenomenon, or otherwise entertain myself and my loyal reader(s). Today's topic: BUMPER STICKERS.
- percentage of people who have a stylized "Blessed Be" bumper sticker that don't realize it's a Wiccan / Pagan thing: 7%
- bumper stickers / silhouettes of "Calvin" that don't feature him peeing on something: 1%
- percentage of cars that don't yet feature an exclusive "OBX" oval sticker: 14%
- percentage of "Baby on Board" signs / "Honor Student" bumper stickers that aren't actually imitating or mocking those concepts: 20%
- Likelihood of being cut off and/or cursed at by someone with a "Jesus is my..." bumper sticker or Christian fish silhouette: 64%
- Perecentage of women driving cars with a bumper sticker that says "Well-behaved women rarely make history" that are NOT lesbians: 23%
- Pecentage of political bumper stickers promoting a candidate who either lost some time ago or is no longer eligible for re-election: 65%
- Odds of getting stuck going 10 mph below the speed limit behind someone with a bumper sticker that reads "Easy Does It": 75%
- Improvement in my mood when I'm driving along with a black cloud hanging over my head and I see someone with a very serious, collegiate-looking window cling that reads "Starfleet Academy": 300%
